LulzSec Takes Down ‘Jester Hideout’ at 2600

Just one day after the high-profile attack on the PBS website after they screened a negative WikiLeaks show, LulzSec has brought down 2600 chat facilities. 2600 is a popular hacking magazine based in America.

The attacks on 2600, were motivated by hacktivist ‘The Jester,’ who allegedly attacked WikiLeaks after the release of diplomatic cables from the United States according to The Register.

The attack has gained negative reception from some Twitter users who are following the incident. LulzSec saying, ‘dear @2600, hello again. We are deeply sorry to hear that @awinee has not shut his mouth yet. Please accept this incoming cannonfire.’
