Fresh blog posts from YouTube show plans of an estimated 30% increase of the number of staff during 2011 in a new Google hiring spree. This would be the largest year of hiring in the San Bruno, California company’s six-year history. Available positions include software engineering and user experience but most mainly in advertising sales and customer support which is now totalling 94 openings.

This follows announcements from Google that 2011 would be the biggest hiring year in its history with the hiring of 6,000 employees and a 10% pay rise for staff.
